Perfect Location! Perfect location.  Close enough of a drive but far enough away to feel like you're getting away.  Beautiful view, comfortable room and close to nice restaurants.  We particularly enjoyed kayaking to see the eagle's nest and watching the stars while relaxing in the hammock.  We got exactly what we were hoping for.   We honestly can't think of any way it could be better...

Our favorite place to stay in Gig Harbor! Gig Harbor Beach Bay Getaway is lovely.  We very much enjoyed our stay.  It is, in fact, our favorite place to stay in Gig Harbor.  We will be back again and again!

Jon, Kate, and I highly recommend it for friends, family and anyone looking for well appointed rooms with the most amazing ironed and lightly starched sheets, a fantastic view of the water, and the nicest host and hostess (innkeepers) ever!

Feeling of luxury A perfect end to our three-month "around-the-world" trip, which included Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and the west of the U.S.A.

The unobtrusive, warm-hearted hospitality of Rick and Kay makes them the perfect B&B hosts.  Their attention to detail, their help and good advice enhanced the time we had here.

The quality and style of decor in the rooms and apartment , together with the excellent "supplies" added a feeling of luxury.

Evening in the setting sun, on the deck with a drink or coffee, looking out over the inlet, is sublime - calm, restorative.

Absolutely the Best Absolutely the best place we've stayed at!  The hospitality, warmth & friendliness of our hosts was very touching.  It felt like friends opened up their home to us and made sure we were well taken care of.

The suite was everything we hoped for and more!

Major Highlight      We had such a great time here!  Sitting on the deck sipping wine (at the wine tasting) was a major highlight.  It was amazing being on the deck with the heat-lamp!       The rooms are wonderful.  The bed and sheets are super comfortable.  The bagels and fresh fruit delivered in the morning was sure a pleasant way to start the day.  The owners were very friendly, generous, and always willing to do whatever to improve our stay.

    We will definitely recommend this B&B to our friends and we would love to come back again!

Better By Far      The Penthouse Suite where we stayed was as nice in accommodations as it was in Style and High End materials in it's furnishings.  Rick and Kay are naturals in running a B&B.  They seem to have thought of everything a five star resort would offer you, IE:  A heater on the deck overlooking the bay, beautifully selected wine glasses, linens, soaps, dishes.  The suite was first rate but with a comfortable homey feel - not like a hotel at all.  Better By Far.

     The place is located in an upscale neighborhood on a waterfront street with 180 Degree views of the Bay & Peninsula across the Bay.  It doesn't get much better than these Vistas and Sunsets!  It's Extremely quiet, serene and private and it smells Heavenly.  The grounds are lushly planted and mother nature helps out here with wonderful soft rains.

     Rick and Kay are eager to help with any need, bright, pleasant, warm and down to earth.  A pleasure to share the property with.

Sublime & Luxurious      Idyllic setting combined with a restful ambience beckoned us to stay longer than planned.  Your attention to detail, the sublime evening on the deck, and the luxurious feel of the linens and decor make your bed and breakfast a special place to stay.

The breakfast was generous.  Beautiful outdoor sitting areas!

Our suggestion is the possible addition (in the Mariner) of folding chairs for eating inside in case the weather prohibits the use of your beautiful outdoor sitting areas...

By Far the Best Thanks Rick & Kay

I have stayed at quite a few Bed & Breakfasts over the years.  I can honestly say this was by far the best.  From the moment I spoke with Rick about last minute reservations in their Honeymoon Suite, 'till the time we left, I have never had hosts go so far out of their way to accommodate us.  The room's decor is very tastefully done.  The view from our plush bed was amazing!  Breakfast was served when we wanted it and was one of the best we've had!

Can't leave out the wonderful soft tub!  We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

Thank you for making my husband's birthday weekend special.  We love the Mariner room; the view of the water and the lovely settings .  Comfy bed and bedding.  "Over the Top" decorations! Good Job Kay!  The feel of the rooms is pure luxury.  (Thank you for our Spa gift - how thoughtful!)  Last night we so enjoyed the 2nd floor courtyard patio sheltered from the wind, private and romantic as we enjoyed our own wine & cheese & chocolates - that we didn't leave to go elsewhere for dinner!  We could not have picked a better spot for a much needed getaway.

Unexpected Bonus Thank you  for a lovely stay at the Beach Bay Penthouse, which was a very spacious and private accommodation.

The decor was cozy and inviting and the view of Henderson Bay was fabulous.  Waking up to the sound of the waterfall and wind chimes was an unexpected bonus!
